Returns Management
Please indicate your order number (5 digits followed by -MH without the #) as well as the postal code of the delivery point (that of the relay point if you were delivered to a relay point).
The exchange or refund can be made provided that the products are returned in perfect condition within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, soiled, incomplete, washed, without a label and/or already worn will not be returned.
Return costs are free for exchanges and credits in mainland France as well as in Belgium.
Exchanges and assets are only possible for these two countries.
A contribution to the return costs will be deducted from the reimbursement of your order. It is €7 for European Union countries and €30 for the rest of the world.
